5. Do you offer retouching and prints?

All final images are edited professionally, and we offer high-quality print options to help you beautifully preserve your memories upon request. Unedited images are not included, as they do not represent our final product.

6. DO you offer consultation before the session?

Yes, we do. On inquiry, a request for a consultation with the team can be made.

8. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Retainers are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your appointment, don't worry! If you let us know in advance, we may be able to offer you the option to reschedule.

The delivery timelines vary by session type and package selected, but galleries are typically delivered within 5-30 working days. Wedding galleries may take a bit longer due to the volume and care involved.

3. Where do sessions take place?

Sessions can take place in our studio,  IBÚDÒ, or at a location of your choice. We’ll work together to select the best setting for your story.

4. CAN I RESCHEDULE MY SESSION

Yes, please, for rescheduling, reach out via our email or Whatsapp and we will guide you accordingly.
